Ahhh this is so awesome!!! Hundreds of students just gathered at the main green and we ran around downtown and held an impromptu rally. MUCH BETTER than finishing my essay!
this is so amazing! i am so elated that obama won, i can not wait for the obama administration and the democratic white house and joe biden and the new first lady! woohoo, good job on getting a landslide victory for obama-biden!!!!
and yes, our college went absolutely nuts…it was actually one of the most exciting nights of my life, seeing everyone intoxicated with excitement and happiness, and well, alcohol too! we have been running/driving around for hours celebrating…everyone is so happy and it’s great to see!!!
hope the next few days, weeks, months, and years are filled with this same feeling!
I love the dancers at the top of the page! Awesome. Thanks for stopping by my site “Kreuzer’s Korner”. This is a truly historic day and I’m very much looking forward to 2009…2010…etc….
There should be a link to my MySpace/Facebook pages on my site. Check it out if you like. You’re site looks great!
ahhh god, i love obama and biden, they are so fucking great. they have these smiles and infectious laughs that make me happy, and they seem “young at heart.” really, charisma goes a long way.
just saying they make me happy. these photos are an example of that…i want a piece of the obama-biden pretzel…
@ Brian — I mean, essentially, yes. We have a history in our country where, if a person is half black or a quarter black, etc, they are just referred to as black. So you raise an interesting point (whether you meant to or not): Obama is making huge strides towards equality and the end of racism by becoming our next President. However, racism is far more insidious and pervasive than any of us comprehend on a daily basis. Why refer to race at all? Why judge on the basis of skin color?
It’s an intense debate that I won’t go into now, but you’ve given me some food for thought. Thanks for the comment.
Regulation killed us-we need less regulation. Free market. Free Trade. Right to have protection-guns. We need protection, education. and nothing else from the gov’t.
@ Frank — You had two comments. I deleted the first because I thought it was racist. However I have kept the second because you are entitled to your opinion.
HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORAY! SO HAPPY! CRYING! LAUGHING! This is such an amazing day!!!!!
OBAMAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

@ kruezer — Thanks! I am looking forward to the future as well. I’ll check out your pages.
Obama is from a mixed race family, why is he always referred to as African-American?
Shouldn’t it be ” African-Caucasian-American”
