Blog Action Day: Poverty

Tomorrow (October 15th) is Blog Action day. On this day, nearly 9,000 blogs have pledged to write a post about poverty. It’s a global effort to talk about a meaningful social issue, and the Rotten Little Girls are going to take part in it. Tomorrow both Harlequin and I will post on a different topic pertaining to poverty. Hope you can join us!

I just signed up today! I’m trying to think of how I can talk about poverty from a feminist perspective, but all the articles with the stats I want to use are at my home. Luckily, I’ve got fall recess, so I should be home by tomorrow evening. If I don’t get lazy, I’ll be able to do what I want. If I hadn’t heard about it from you guys though I wouldn’t be doing it at all. Thanks for spreading the word!
